Pharmacodia takes your privacy carefully and seriously. 1. What personal information we collect and when do we collect it?

When you make an order for some products and services, we might also ask for your address, telephone number or credit card and so on. We use the information that you provide for such purposes as responding to your requests, customizing future shopping for you, improving our stores, and communicating with you.

1.2 Information we get from your use of our services:

We receive and store certain types of information whenever you use our products or services, and interact with us. This information includes:

(a) Log information
When you use our services or view content provided by Pharmacodia, we may automatically collect and store certain information in server logs. This may include:

Internet protocol (IP) address;

Computer and connection information such as browser type, browser language, version, and time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system, and platform;

Details of how you used our service, such as the full Uniform Resource Locator (URL) clickstream to, through, and from our Website, including date and time; cookie number; products you viewed or searched for.

(b) Mobile device information
When you download or use apps created by Pharmacodia or our subsidiaries, we may receive information about your location and your device-specific information, such as your hardware model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information including phone number. Pharmacodia may associate your device identifiers or phone number with your Pharmacodia account.

1.3 Cookies and anonymous identifiers

We collect and store information when you visit Pharmacodia website or use pharmacodia services, and this may include sending one or more cookies or anonymous identifiers to your devices. Cookies are small unique files that enable our system to recognize your device and remember certain information about your historical interact with us. For instance, we use cookies to help us remember and process the items in your shopping cart. They are also used to help us understand your preferences based on previous or current site activity, which enable us to provide you with improved service. We also use cookies to help us compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that we can offer better site experiences and tool in the future.

2. How do we use your information?
We may use the information we collect in following ways:
2.1 We may use the name and email address you provide for your profile across all the services we offer that require a Pharmacodia Account.
2.2 We may use your address, telephone number, credit card information to help us quickly process your transactions.
2.3 We may use information collected from cookies and other technologies for following purpose:

(a) To personalize your experience, such as help remember and process the items in the shopping cart, help to understand the language you prefer using with our services.

(b) To allow us to deliver the type of content and product offerings in which you are most interested.

(c) To help us to compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that we can improve our website or app in order to provide better services to you.For cookies, you can choose to have your computer warm you each time a cookie is being sent, or you can choose to turn off all cookies. You do this through your web browser (like Internet Explore) settings. Each browser is a little different, so look at your browser’s help menu to learn the correct way to modify your cookies. However, if you choose to disable the receipt of cookies from our website, you may not be able to use certain features of the site.

3. How do we protect visitor's information?
Our website or app is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible. We use malware scanning software to protect our visitor’s personal information safely.
Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of staffs who have special access right to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Secure Layer (SSL) technology.
We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information. All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.
4. Third Party Disclosure
We do not sell or transfer your personally identifiable information to any outside parties. Non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising or other uses.
5. Third Party Links
Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third party product or services on our website or App. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these links.
6. How does our online product handle “Do Not Track” signals?
We honor do not track signals and do not track, plant cookie, or use advertising when a Do Not Track (DNT) browser mechanism is in place.
7. Does our online product allow third party behavioral tracking?
It is also important to note that we do not allow third party behavioral tracking. We monitor the third party frequently.
We also agree to the individual redress principle, which require that individuals have a right to pursue legally enforceable rights against data collectors and processors who fail to adhere to the law. This principle requires not only individuals have enforceable right against data users, but also that individuals have recourse to courts or a government agency to investigate and/or prosecute non-compliance by data processors.
